Hi

My name is Sachin Dwivedi and mycard number is 4346771009397408. I am working with an MNC. On nov. 2009 i applied for hdfc bank credit card in year and card expired 2008 and card is invailied but I never use it and I have receive NOC. and after that I apply new card year presently iam using it .on behalf of my account come offer personal loan, and applied it and quote ref. no.18129604, and personal loan rejected because my name entered civil list. Personal loan department. Says that reason is credit card.plz sir can you suggest me what to do next?
