Respected Sir,
I had purchased Tikona Internet Service Package (Account No 1100658732) for my office Computer, and during the day of Installation the internet was very very slow a speed of 3500 m/s when it should had been 10 m/s (2Mbps), the engineer Mr. Monty who had come for installation also found the speed very slow and hence called up his Incharge officer regarding the same, but till 3 days of installation the speed remain the same i called up customer care and had registered a complain for it also (TT No 1-396566508) and the customer care person told me the problem will be resolved in 24 hours, but the problem remain the same till 7 days and hence i registered a complain for Cancellation (Complain TT No 1-396711728) which was registered on 14 April and same the customer care told me the cancellation process will be done in 24 to 48 hours and you will receive the deposit of 500 rupees within 7 days but till today i have not received any money, I am very disappointed with the poor quality and service which tikona internet had promiced me and more suprising is i am receiving bills since last 2 months which has irritated me more.
So i would request the consumer forum to help me out in this case.
