ALLAHABAD BANK, SIDHAULI, SITAPUR
NON RETURN OF AMOUNT DEDUCTED DUE TO NETWORK FAILURE OF ATM AT LAKHIMPUR

Sir,

I (Atul Srivastava) have an account (5002013420) in allahabad bank at sidhauli in sitapur. against which an ATM is issued.

Problem-1. Transaction made on 24 feb at 9:45 am in Lakhimpur on allhabad bank atm (ALN02851) was failed due to any reason and no money dispensed. But the account debited by rs. 3000 i received a message of it also. I complained in written to my account branch on 27 feb .but after 8 days till today this amount is not returned and credited to my account.

Problem-2. Two transaction one by 2000 and other by 1000 was made on 4 march on ICICI bank atm (atm id-S1CW5111) in lakhimpur at 18:45 the atm displayed that this transaction can not be processed and i received the reciepts printed unable to process. But rs 3000 debited from account (50020134290) i have not received any message of it.

THERE IS REQUEST TO YOU PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND SOLVE MY PROBLEMS
