Payment of cheque by putting accross my fake signature

This is for your kind information that a Cheque bearing No.251150

pertaining to my SB A/c No.50020562146 of Allahabad Bank, Tobin

Road Branch, Gopal Lal Tagore Road, Kolkata 700036 was misplaced by me

unknowingly unsigned. But it was anyway, forged by putting my signature

on drawer's place and paid over the counter of the above referred

Allahabad Bank, Kolkata on 14.9.2010. As the same was occurred

without my knowledge and attention, I could not even place stop payment

request on the said cheque immediately afterwards such incident took place..
