Dear Sir/Mam, we are a bangalore based firm "AstroBlaze Technologies". Previously we had given a M.P based company "ALL CARE" to design our website in the name of "Wikitalent.in". According to our communication, they agreed to give us the complete working site on 30th of April and it was decided that they would charge 10000/(previously we had given 1000/- in advance)- 3 months from the date of completion of the website (i.e 30th of july). On 30th of April they us a dummy website with ample technical glitches. when we told them to rectify the errors they agreed but few days later they gave us back the same site with same errors present in it. All Care then threatened us, harassed us over phone saying to clear the outstanding amount of 9000/- or they would take legal action. They have been continuously doing that. All Care did not sign a written consent with us, when we told them to do it they assured that it is not necessary. We were bluffed by them. Now they are asking 30, 000/- from us saying they had wasted time on us. We were to launch the website on 30th of April and we are running a month late because of All Care and Company. They never reply to our phone calls as well as our emails. They just keep threatening us. The All Care team abused us many a times for money and now they are telling they will harm us or our family if we dont give us their money. They are demanding 30k now which was never in the picture. we can't afford to pay them and we have already lost many potential clients because the site was never ready. The person concern at All Care would be Saurabh Kumar Asthana. He not only cheated us, abused us but also threatened us. lastly, we have always been telling All care that if they give us a working site free of errors we have no problem to given them their money.
