Oriental Insurance Company Cheated on me and not refunding my claim

Dear Sir/Mam

I am Namrata Singh and I met with an accident in 1st week of March due to this my car got damaged and I sent it to CARNATION, GURGAON for repairing and denting. According to Carnation Executive my Claim was not be possible as Cashless because the Insurance was done in Moradabad and Car got Damage in Delhi-NCR but he told me that claim from insurance company is possible but I have to pay the all Bill-Amount first with Rs.1050/- (For ORIENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY’ SURVEYOR AS SERVEYOR FEES). I agreed with the matter and I Paid Rs.1050/- to Mr. Sanjay Verma (ORIENTAL INSURANCE COMPANY’ SURVEYOR) immediately. All Denting and Repairing done coz surveyor has completed the survey and also ensured me that Rs.1050/- is 100% refundable and we will send you the cheque within 10 days.

Above all the Information about the matter. Actually my problem is that two month over but I am still waiting for my cheque and I tried to call that Surveyor (Mr. Sanjay Verma 09811121021) but he is not responding. I have the receipt of paying Surveyor Fees. I think that Surveyor misguided me to collect money from me.

I want the solution of my problem asap.
