ISSUE OF NETBANKING PASSWORD & DUPLICATE PIN OF ATM

Sir.

I am a subscriber of PNB, Asthawan branch code 0959 A/c No. 0959000100136093, I have gone to the said branch for issuance of duplicate netbanking password & duplicate atm pin, but branch manager has not accepted my application form, he has no knowledge of entry of thus kind of application in the bank system.
