Sir, i have bsnl mobile no.9413050957. On this mobile no. i got a message that mobile TV facility has been already activated on your mobile and to deactivate this service please message... at no... and they debit Rs.40 per week But as i do not sent any message to activate this facility so why will i send message to deactivate the same. Therefore i don't send any message and i call to your customer care executive and booked my complaint that as no any request has been done by me so please credit my all the debited amount. But i don't get any amount till now so it is requested that please solve my problem
