After payeng still in sibil's defaulters list

I have cleared all my dues to state bankof india for my credit card

and they have issued no due certificate still my name is in banks, sibil's defaulters list

inthis regard i persue to rbi in 2005 till date nothing has happend

i contact all tthe department including finance ministry but no response
