Not received password after 175 DAYS

Respected Sir, Iam the customer of the Andhra Bank for 15 years. Last Year I havd taken Internet Banking. It works upto 175 days reasonably. After 175 days it was expired. But there is no information form the bank. I had given my e-mail address..also. But No response.
