Complaint timings cost me 1000 INR

I have lost my 1000 rs. due to the pathetic support of andhra bank.

I have lost my card on 26/05 around 11:00 PM and when i call the customer care to block my card no one answers the call

Next day morning 27/05 at 8:14 i got a message stating 1000 INR Transaction has been done on my Andhra bank account.

Even at that time i could not block my card as no one was answering my call.

Finally when i got connected to some one at 10:35 on 29/05 i told them that there has been a misuse on this card and very annoyingly the lady

told me that there is nothing that they can do about this. """ PATHETIC """

Help me Sue this bank for its stupid service.
