Respected Sir,
Mr Srinivasan, Mumai approached me for opening a trading account with your reputed Company M/s Anugrah Stock & Broking Pvt Ltd. address Vileparle “mumbai” & assured me the good services.
On his representation I opened D Mat & trading account with a globally renowed and reputed company Anugrah Stock & Broking Pvt Ltd. and deposited amount of Rs.20, 000/- (Rs. twenty thousand) and instructed Srinivasan – 09664098536. My client code: FR25147, CLIENT ID : 00155815.
He had promised me to have a fair trading but he cheated me and he traded on behalf of me on regular basis . and he had made loss of Rs. 15000/- . After i demanded the explanation from him then he told me that it was the fault of this and he will refund me the whole amt i.e Rs 20000.
So, he advised to close my account and I agreeded and closed my account .. but he cheated me and has not refund my hard earned money yet..
I like to make a point that if it is possible to have a solution for this pls help me out.
