SBI ATM not working

Dear sir/madam

Actually i loss my SBI atm card and applied for new SBI atm card and got pin atm and pin number. I can see balance history but cannot withdraw money this is my account no:10698863945 SBI ATM no: 6220180339400027977 branch: nargund. but nargund branch manager not responding form 1 week . so i want positive reply. also take the action on particular SBI branch (nargund).
