Bank is unable to issue my ATM card

Hello Sir /Madam,

I am Dhirendra Pratap Singh. My PNB account number is 1103001700073285.

i opened my account in Gajraula Shiv (Bijnor) Branch on 18/11/09. Now my problem is that Bank is not issuing my ATM card. when i called or visited the bank, manager give me some excuses. and the Internet Service in the bank Is very poor. my costumer Facing the same problem . and these days i want my ATM urgently. so please please Help me on this matter as soon as possible..
