Unauthorized registration fees

Dear All,

Please take care while registering on iphone/ipad Apple Store from your device. As this company devices are coming with a strict policy to submit credit card number in the registration method (without which we cant download any application/games etc. for the phone).

I registered with my brother`s credit card as the registering form clearly states that no charges will be made untill we buy any paid application/games etc from the Apple Store. But as soon as confirmed the registration process it charged 46.56 Amercian dollars to me.

This is clear cheating and i do not know where to complain about this. Atleast i want to inform you guys to take care or register the iphone when u have finished the credit card limit.
