Hi,
it all started with a simple request to unlock my iphone 3gs. But today, after 15 days of continuous chasing and calling, i am leaving india with unlocked iphone and a heavy heart.
but now i know many ways and execuses of how not to unlock and iphone!!!
some people here needs standing ovation.
people at customer care: everyone knows a different way to unlock an iphone (awesome)
Floor Managers:
Pavitra: you never got back to me, even after a huge promise.
2nd floor manager (i dont remember the name ): you invented a new execuse of emails not working.
Balakrishnan: being a floor manager, its your duty to call back if the call gets disconnected in between. write it somewhere.
Nodal officers:
Renjit or Regin: you were not supposed to go home today unless you get the iphone unlocked, remember. and you told you will call me back at 11 o clock, which one!!
Appellate Officers:
You guys are hopeless, you didnt even replied to my mail. keep it up and keep sleeping.
One person here needs special mention :
Ushakiranmai Maddela: pop ups just dont appears out of no where!!! remember.. your was the most funniest answers of all...
Net @ airtel.in: you never got back to me...
So all of you .. celebrate your success... you guys are the gems of airtel. and its a huge team work... shame on u all

it is very surprising that nobody in airtel actually knows how to unlock an
iphone. this really shamefull.
i am now regretting buying it from airtel.
repeated calls and mail have not even made any difference. every other person
has their own way of unlocking the iphone. one of the floor manager almost made
me reset my iphone to factory settings. worst kind of service in its own.
i really dont know what to do nxt or where to go.. consumer forum is the only
option that i have now.
