I have become an member of awesome holidays for availing 10 years holiday package. At the time of becoming a member with Awesome holidays, i have been given the below mentioned benefits (By Amit Sharma and Rajeev Jaiswal):-
(1) 7 N and 8 D resorts for 10 years
(2) 4N and 5 D resort stay with 3 flight tickets
(3) Gift voucher of 3 N and 4 D.
At the time of membership, it has been told that i can utilise option (2) & (3) in this december for GOA also. For this, i have to intimate 2 days in advance. I have been told that they have their own resorts and ties ups with many other hotels and resorts and they will arrange my holiday package in any city or country of the world. I have taken the membership on 25th November. But when i requested with Mr Ajay (on 11 December for Goa tour from 25th December), I been told that it requires 2 months advance booking.
After that, I requested for Chennai tickets in the month of April and i have been told that they dont have hotels in Chennai.
After that, I have requested for tirupati in the month of June- July, but I have been told that flight tickets are not available. But flight tickets was available and i Have communicated the same but no response reveived.
Finally, I have requested for Munnar hills 24 days in advance, but nothing happend to this tour..
I have paid around Rs 40, 000. This seems a fake company and doing this fraud activities with poor citizens. I request you to please take the necessary steps.
