It is notices that Restaurants use the domestic LPG cylinders instead of the commercial one for their day to day use. Large restaurants consume a minimum of 02 such cylinders a day which would run in a common household for two months.
One such incidence noticed is that of the Hotel Sai Sagar located opposite N.M Joshi Marg Police station on Delie road near to Lower Parel station. They use these domestice cylinders between 06am to 09am in their kitchen and has a staff room adjacent to the resto where they store these cylinders. (may be to do away with any penalties if raided by authorities)
Such highly subsidised product been openly blacked and used by restos should be stopped pls.
These incidences have resulted in increased burden on Govt subsudies which further has resulted in govt increasing cost of domestice LPGs which is pinching common man.
Pls take some concrete steps to stop such misuse of the govt facilities pls.
