I have thought for 6 days before making this complaint as like most other customers do, we try to forget the next day even if someone cheat's us with let it be attitude but all my friends in the party did not wanted me to let it go like this, at-least for all of you the customers.
The CLUB ION is a new club at JMD Arcade Mall, to the best of my knowledge the club isn't doing good and may be going in loss. About 2 weeks back few of my friends visited the place and said it was empty and they got a unlimited IMFL deal for 10 of them and recommended the club. Unfortunately without going in deep and checking reviews of the club, I booked it too for my birthday party and this place made this birthday the unforgettable event for obvious many negative reasons.
First of all they did not allow 5 of my guests to go in, who reached 10 mins before me. They were asked to wait until i come and identify them, than the person who took the booking was not available on the spot and a new person named chiro... a pathetic club manager i have ever seen, asked me about depositing the balance money even before the start of the party! it was ok with me but next movement i realized he asked it intentionally when to my surprise he asked me 300 extra per person, when i asked to call the person who took the booking i was told he is not available and they can call him but the party has to STOP till than.
WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH 15 OF YOUR GUESTS INN, HE KNEW I CANNOT CANCEL THIS PARTY AND IT IS NOW A USUAL STRATEGY IN LOW REPUTE PUBS.
I was still OK, to continue and expected at-least now i will get a good service but it was just my thought, the service was below average, most of the committed snacks were not served, all my guests complaint that it was 70% potatoes serving against Paneer and similar was the case between seekh kababs in comparison to Malai Tikka.
Than Drinks, Bacardi - They don't have the brand BACARDI see yourself the bottle looks like the one but its not BACARDI. Just after 3 Drinks the Brand changed from Scotch to IMFL the guy started giving some other brand as he expected us to be DRUNK and will not bother what we are drinking.
For each Snacks to be served when i use to tell the waiter, he used to reply was it there in the menu you selected? let me check and than he used to bring one serving. In the food no one cared to ask us what we need only one waiter was allocated to put it on the table there after for everything i have to call him and ask, there was no Salad in Food.
During all this running around i realized that i also asked for desert in the menu when Half of my guests were gone again same thing guy answered was it included??
Crowd: Cannot expect anything worst than that, the manager did not bothered to whom is he allowing rather it was intentional that you will leave the place early of you don't like the crowd.
I WISH TO TELL THE OWNER OF ION CLUB - I BELIEVE YOU HAVE SPENT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON MAKING THIS CLUB BUT IF YOU DONT TAKE CUSTOMERS SERIOUSLY ITS NOT GOING TO SUSTAIN LONG. 25 OF MY GUESTS WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AND ALL THANKS TO YOUR KEY STAFF AND THEIR WRONG COMMITMENTS.
I have no intentions to hurt your business but your people have spoiled my birthday and didn't let me talk to you and i have great regrets that i selected your place, spent such an amount & faced embarrassment in front of my guests.
AFTER ALL I REALIZED CUSTOMER RIGHTS ARE NEVER EVER PROTECTED IN INDIA AND WILL NEVER BE UNTIL WE DECIDE TO TAKE A STEP.
