request you to please convey the complaint to clubleisure and travel port team they are creating total negative image of company and services. They are cheating costumers.
My self Pranav shah, i got call from travel port executive on saturday 8th may, 12.28 pm from Bharti calling me to expalining travel port providing me benefit where in diacussion she moght had told me charges of 4900/- for the same she told me all vouchers details and credit card details, but during providing details i had enquire thrice for charges i will pay but she told no charges, even then her senior Mr Ravinder told me no charges for vouchers.
But when i disconnected call, i got message of rs 4999/- debited from my account. i immideately called their provided call centre no. o11-45738585 on 12.47pm, but further they didnot reverted till eve 6.00 oclock and told me they cannt revert.
to my several request on monday, they called me on 1.30 pm telling me they cannt revert (Mr anuj)
request you to please help me out for getting my money back from these fraudulent calling companies.
on the provided web site there are no details of contacting them.
they donot provide address of their company.
they only provide no. 011 45738585 (Minakshi).
these people are fooling every one please pread he message.
