Club Mahindra membership cancellation

Hi,

I was visited by one Ms. Mangalya, Club Mahindra representative Bangalore in December and spent time hearing their offers. When I told them that I needed time to think about the offers, they said that I could block a membership immediately and if I didn't like it then I could request for a cancellation within 10 days. Under this condition, I agreed to have the initial fee to be paid from my credit card. Needless to say, I didn't like the offers and so I requested for cancellation of membership. I called up Mangalya and spoke to her regarding the same. She said that she will take care of the same. However i got a email confirming my membership although i do not want to be a member.

I have been in touch with the cutomer relationship manager and branch manager. However nobody is interested in helping me. Although someone has got in touch with me they insist that i become a member and that i will not be able to get the money back. I have also written a letter to the MD but there has been no response.

Would someone please be able to tell me which consumer forum/ court can I approach so as to bring Club Mahindra to redress my grievance? And how can I go about doing this?
