Nonrecept ofenrollent Benefit- Sony Bravia 32" LCD TV

We were appoached by the Representative of Club Mahinda for Membership enrolment and as per our application dated 31-12 we had made down payment of Rs. 25, 000/-as per their advice towards the Club membership subscription of Rs 265, 706.00. to be followed by ten EMIs of Rs.19, 928/- under Payment Plan 12. We were allotted membeship ID 217371. and we have already made six EMIs till June as per their leter. At the time of enrolment, as per their Membership Application, we are entitled for One Sony Bravia LCD 32" TV as Enrollent Benefit. We have still not received the LCD TV as promised by the Club which we are supposed to receive immediately after third instalment. We have been trying to contact the Club authorities and ask for the LCD V, they neither respond to our calls nor give any satisfactory reply and we have still not received the LCD TV as per their Promise. This amounts to Misdeclation and breach of agreement.
