Hotel Achor
Not giving bill and change

Sir,

I travel frequently between Ahmedabad-Bhavnagar and Bhavnagar-Baroda through buses. Buses are used to take stop at Hotel Achor located near Dholera. At this hotel if we want to take any item like tea, snacks etc then they issue coupon for the item (not bill). Once we take coupon and pay for coupon then they never give us change back. They always give us chocolates or some unnecessary item which we don't want. If we deny then they talk very rudely and some times they fought with the customer. Customer has no option because there are no other hotel around it.

I have this experience two times. I ask bill and change back but he was not ready to give any of them. He took my food coupons and say I don't want to sell you anything, you go away from here. I show that his case counter has enough change but he never give us.

Can you please take necessary action against this hotel?
