A new Hotel/Pick up point has come up in the residential locality of MMTC Colony, at Door No.55-9-10. While such a service would prove to be boon to many, it has proven to be a bane for the neighbours. The otherwise peaceful and neat locality has turned out to be filled with stench. While all the houses are connected by UGD and the open gutters are dry and mere outlets for rain water, the new Hotel is using it otherwise and the waste water is being let out into the open drainage. This being unused one is clogged and resulting in high stench. It is surprising how the officials are unaware of the same.
Hope that the Hotel management would be advised not to cause menace to the neighbours and instead arrange for the outlet of their waste water through the UGD provided.
