I have been ordering Mama Mia's pizza since about 10 yrs from the charni road branch (mumbai).on 18th Sept I went along with my friends to the buyculla branch in the afternoon. We ordered a few pizzas and burgers n also asked the waiter to get us two 1.2liters of thumps up. When we checked the bill for the same we noticed that we had been charged Rs.50 for each pet bottle which had an MRP of Rs.33/- On approaching the owner of the Fast Food place, he said " I have the cheapest pizzas in mumbai and since I have to run such a hugh restaurant with Air conditioning and other equipment I charge Rs.50/-. This is a nominal fee and should not be taken seriously as the pan bidi shops also charge an extra Rs.2 or Rs.3/- for refrigeration." So hearing all this Bull crap we walked out and have decided to lodge a complaint against SUCH UNAUTHORIZED price deals that restaurant owners do. I hope the court does take serious action against THE OWNER of MAMA MIA and bring justice to all of us and the others who don't want to complaint against him.
