Dear Sir,

I hereby declare that I give to Mr. Mohan Choudhary (Representative of Shree Balaji Air Courier Service) One Post containing most Important Document to Post Miss Tripti Ramawat, 286, 21/E, Chopasani Housing Board, Jodhpur Rajasthan as on 20.11.2009 in evening, after that Mr. Mohan Choudhary asked me to that your post given to M/s Bhati Courier, Gulab Bhawan, Chopasani Road, Jodhpur by Doc. No / Receipt No. 33027 dated 20.11.2009 (as Mr. Mohan Choudhary tell me) physical document are not received by me till time.

That above said post (containing most Important Document) is not delivering till date & time and I ask to Mr. Mohan Choudhary about the reason of non deliverance of the said post. There are passing two days but no answer or result came out.

If there is any mistake in writing the address of any one of receiver / sender that post will become back. If there is receiver address is wrong that post will come back to me on My Official address Firoz Khan, Rajlaxmi Steel Industries, E-430, MIA, 2nd phase, Basni, Jodhpur – 34 or if there is sender of receiver both are wrong post contain the mobile no. of the receiver in such condition there was no call in such period.

It is too important that post or doc. That given to you containing most Important Documents there if any other person received the same he may use such doc. In any illegal activities

Where this is post please find out the post or tell the reason of no deliverance with in tow days after the date of receipt this letter.
