Status of claim

Dear Sir,

The Perssonal Dept have submitted Form 10C ti Regional Commissioner of Provident Fund, Thane and subsequently I received two messages from EPFO on 10th Feb.'11 stating that above form received by the EPF office and under process AND second message on the same day & time that the form is rejected. Now I am enable to get the reply from EPF office. My PF NO. MH/44/31552 under withdrawal benefits. Sir, can you pl advise in this regard?
