Stop AC In Night

Dear Sir/Madam,

I book one AC room in this Hotel. The room charges for Non AC is 500.00/- and for AC is 800.00/Day. In the Night the hotel Management switch off the AC when i ask for that the management reply that there is no Govt. power supply and hotel is running generator's power and we will not run AC on generator.

As all of you know that if AC off how much suffocation raised in room.

I want the access amount back with penalty decided by you.
