This is to inform you that i had subscribed to your offer of annual subscription - 299/-. I cannot forgive myself for that mistake.
From 14/1, i have stopped receiving "Times of India". I thought it was holiday for 2 - 3 days, but even after that i did not receive the paper. I state that i had given the receipt of Order No: NAC 069263, Dt. 20/12.
One Mr. Purchikanal{98412 49966} collected Rs. 300/-, from me. He didn't even return Rs. 1/-. Leave it, i can spare toi, Rs. /-, for better reading material for past one year.
Apart from that he promised that delivery of paper will start from Day-after pongal onwards. But it was turned to be a false statement. Even to this date, i have not received my newspaper copy.
I spoke to one Mr. Raja{customer/subscriber's helpline 2431 7979 } narrating the developments. He told me that he will get back to me after ascertaining details. But he is lost somewhere, ie he didn't call.
I wonder how a reputed corporate giant would resort to such cheap gimicks.
Now i want my order to be cancelled for not delivery of paper & causing my time-waste in coresponding with you.
I reside at # 15, Cirus, ATS, Anupuram, 603127. My Tel. No: 2748 2645 (R)
I want to refund you that amount, in person or by crediting my state bank of india, A/c No: 10912125410.
Thanking you
