Hotel is charging 10 rs extra above MRP

I had gone to small hotel Hotel Laxmi at Chandivali rd Andheri (E) Near Boomerang, I asked for Pepsi 1 ltr bottle with MRP as 35 and he charged 45 rs for the same and told the other charge was for electricity for the fridge. I want severe action to be taken to such small Hotels who charge above the MRP .
