Today 23/12/12, I visited KFC Leela bhawan, Patiala along with other 3 people.
We ordered 3 Twist Popcorn meals, 1 Fiery 2 pc and 1 Chicken snacker. The order was severed after a few minutes but I was served with one extra Pepsi. I checked my bill that whether I am charged for extra Pepsi or not and found that I was not charged for that extra Pepsi. But in my bill there was “1 FREE 3 pcs hot wings “
I went to the counter and returned the extra Pepsi and asked for my Free 3 pcs hot wings. The counter boy “GURJAND”, rudely replied that is was done by mistake and I am not charged for that. I argued wit him that if it is written as FREE then how can they charge me. I requested him to provide me a proper bill for my purchase.
He misbehaved with me and said that he can provide me 3pcs hot wings free of cost if I cannot afford to buy. There were at least 20-25 people standing there and he misbehaved with me and insulted me in front of them. My fault was that I wanted a proper bill. In the mean while Mr. DEEPAK came and apologized on the counter boy’s behalf.
Then I was told that it was free only for home delivery orders not for Dine in orders. Arguing with them was useless. During the whole scene the original bill was taken from me and the staff refused to give it back. I requested mar Deepak, and Then he reprinted the bill for me.
I was told to not to fill up feedback form. As it is of no use .But I have filled up the feedback form whose serial no is 91KANTPL21-10.
My bill no is CHK 4843 dt 23/12/12. Employee name 3104 GURJANT.
Actually the staff got annoyed just because I caught them cheating. They actually didn’t want to provide me my free things. It’s not like that I cannot buy these 3 pcs worth Rs 55 /-, I already paid 850 /- for my order. But I want to inform you that your staff is cheater and misbehaves to cover up their frauds. I would never like to visit such restaurant that cheats its customers.
I am hoping for a fruitful action asap.
