Hi I purchased Veg briyani from Alpha hotel On 23 December at 7pm. I came home and opened the packet at 8:30pm. I found the briyani was spoiled. I immediately called the hotel management and told them the same. They did not accept the fact and wanted me to go to hotel and show me the briyani, which is surprising. They neither felt sorry for what happened nor gave a solution. I called just dial to take food cooperation number to compliant and no one picked up the phone. Is there any way to solve this problem
