Not providing receipt of my resignation

I am a employee of AV power associates but now i had left it two months ago. the manager who was managing the accounts have not given my salary and also he has not given a clearance of my resignation letter till now. i have joined dalmia cement now but they are asking for this clearance for giving me joining letter and they have not given me any letter till now. i am working here for last one and a half month.
