Bank of America
Relieving Lette

HI

i worked for bank of america for 2 year and due to medical reason i could not continue my service in dell. I have provided all the medical documents as per the policy. My reporting manager was on leave because of which he could not forward the medical documents to the higher authority and because of his irresponsibility i got a warning letter. though i was not keeping well and was advised not to travel still i went to office to give my Identity card so that it would not result in termination. After a conversation with my manager he promised to give me the relieving letter if i agree to pay 30000 DD to the company. which i agreed. Later when i called to check about the same they refused to give my relieving letter and i tried to reach the higher authority who just refused to help me or assist me in this issue. This is very disappointing because i worked for this organisation for 2 years and end of the day i get treated like this. I would request some one to look into this because im the only one who works in the family and i cant get a job in any other company without a relieving letter.

I think its not just disappointing but also a very bad experience not just for me because there are so many other employees who are facing the same issue with this.
