1. I am resigned from company named B.E.Billimoria & Co. Ltd and complete notice period on 31st jan now 8 month over but company stii not submit my Provident Fund to PF office. I also enquiry to PF office but they tell me employer is not submit your fund so contact to emplyer. Sir i also complete required documentation like claim form, cancellled cheque.
2. So please guide me my previous employer is not responding me properly. EPF office reply that "PF withdrawal application duly attested by ex employer against PF A/c no. MH/39122/1325 is not received by RO Mumbai I Bandra office. Hence complainant has been kindly requested please contact to the EX employer and submit the form duly attested by ex employer along with one cancel cheque to get the benefit of NEFT. "
3. So please help me regarding that matter.
