Myself Dharmendra R. Srimali, was working in one of the BPO Company (Bharat BPO -Railway Call Centre Above Reliance Fress - Near Thaltej - Village - Ahmedabad - Gujarat) and the working duration was from 10th March to 1st March.
PF NO = UP/40123/0897
I want to let you know that I was eligible to get PF during this working period in this company.
Now the matter is that I have not been paid PF which was deducted from my selary on regular basis & i have gone through all kind of procedure whichever i was told to do by PF officer (HR Dept) however i am not given my PF which is an employer right.
My questions for you concerned people are as below regarding to keep me off from my PF.
If i have gone through entire procedure as per your rules & regulation then why dont you people furnish my PF..??
I have filled up all kind of forms more than 7 times eventhogh all goes vain..why so.??
Why i am being harrased from PF officers???
You are requested to take necessary action to resolve my problem.
