I had worked as a Customer Care Executive in Bharat Bpo call Centre, it’s a omania group based of Delhi, It’s a railway call Centre contract of Indian railway catering services in Ahmedabad. I had left my job since 01/02. After three month date: 02 /05 I was submitting my PF form to my HR manager. HR manager told me that your PF amount withdraws within six month to directly in your account. But Still I have not received My PF Amount. Now I want to know how much total P.F amount deposited in my P.F.account, and when its come in bank account, I will inquiry by PF office He was said your PF is return by Bank For some Problem But he was not say which problem then My cheque is return may i inquiry is my HR manager he was not response to me Already submit again PF reissue form and Fax by PF Office As well as I want to know where I contact directly because my company web site also not working its under construction showing, I don’t know whether I am contact to rite person or not, because our head of department, HR managers and all other managers are not giving proper information to me, they are misguided the employees.
