My connection No is 12464 with M/S Vora Gas Enterprises, Rudrapur (Ph No 05944243793, 05944245482). I had booked gas cylinder on 19/09 (Bill No689016), but till today the delivery thereof has not been made, despite repeated telephonic requests made by me. Behaviour of the communicating staff is quite deplorable and embarassing. Every booking has to meet the same fate. Please correct the state of affairs thereat and help me to have the long before booked gas cylinder at the earliest.
