IMPROPER SERVICE AND ADAMENT BEHAVIOUR OF THE AGENCY'S STAFF

SUB: DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF NIHAL GAS SERVICE, 149, POCKET – D, MAYUR VIHAR, PHASE–II, DELHI-110091, PHONE NOS. 22777003, 22781109, 22729749 & 9968006533.

Sir,

1. Initially our area Bharatgas distributor was ‘Gas Plaza, Shop No. 8, D.D.A. Market, Hargobind Enclave, Delhi - 110092’ but it got closed and in May /June -08 our Gas Connection No. G6866, had been sent to another Bharatgas distributor namely Nihal Gas Service, 149, Pocket – D, Mayur Vihar, Phase–II, Delhi-110091, phone nos. 22777003, 22781109, 22729749 & 9968006533.

2. I am very much surprised that the services of this gas agency is so poor and the attitude of the staff is so adamant and doesn’t care of customers problems.

3. I got tired after having done many telephone calls on these telephone numbers but nobody took pain to attend even a single call from the customer. Then I made a booking for a refill of gas cylinder on 11-01 at 07:21 P, through the web site of Bharatgas namely www.ebharatgas.com [ Order Reference Number 303198 ]. But this internet booking facility has no role in delivering the refill and the refill has not been delivered to me so far.

4. I do not know why horrible people they are. Customers facing problems even to make booking for a refill. The staff of this current Bharatgas distributor i.e. Nihal Gas Service, is so adamant.

5. If once this gas distributor books a cylinder it takes a long time to deliver the filled-up cylinder at the destination. Although there is no shortage of filled-up gas cylinders in Delhi, despite the gas supplying distributor not providing their services properly.

6. It appears that this ‘Nihal Gas Service’ believe in blackmailing the gas refill after making a false shortage of gas refill by telling the customers that there is a shortage of gas cylinder.

7. I am also suffering in this cold season because the gas cylinder has become empty on 13-01, since then it has been problematic to cook food and the condition has become miserable.

8. This is my humble request to you to kindly take a constructive action against this agency to improve the service and the rude behaviour of the personnel as well as of owner.

9. That appropriate action may be taken against this Bharat gas distributor i.e. ‘Nihal Gas Service, 149, Pocket – D, Mayur Vihar, Phase–II, Delhi-110091, phone nos. 22777003, 22781109, 22729749 & 9968006533.

NB: Last refill was delivered on 21-12. It became empty on 13-01, since then I and my family facing problem, as I am neither able to cook food on time nor properly.
