The final selection list BHEL ST, i got shocked by seeing that the cut off mark of UR Exservice man (35/100) is well below the OBC Exservice man (43.950/100) As we consider OBC catagary reservation is to give more benefit to OBC catogary personal over the UR categary
Unfortunately separate selection list in OBC Exservice man catagary made many out of selection list. If the catogary not mentioned many OBC Exservice man might be in the selected list.
In this more than 80 UR Exservice man selected who`s scores are less than cut off mark of OBC Exservice man
Is there any special rule for the OBC Exserviceman not to be consider at par with UR Exserviceman in final selection.
Like me so many OBC Exserviceman applied in OBC categary to get the benefit.
But we had been punished for mentioning our categary in the final selection
