Be careful while joining in the sachi-infotech.
sachi-infotech taking the employees with 2 years bond which says if the employee quits the company he has to pay 80, 000 Rs./- . for this they will say work damage. For this they will not tell in the before. But they will revel this if you want to break the bond.
Also every employee has to surrender their school and college certificates.
They never use the writen agreement but just they keep the certificates. So we obey their orders and they will keep us their hands. If we say anything wrong their orders they will terminate the employees without notice.
If you didn't ask for the receipt (like proof of the received) at the end they will say you not gave any certificates and you have given only xerox copy's.
The company will take the experienced people also for the less salary as of their tactic communication like we can give after 2 months if you work better and we will increase the salary in the mid year as well if you work better. But after that months they will say your work is not good and we have decided to take as a fresher. If you want to work as fresher we are accept to work, otherwise we don't want to give this much salary.
Some of the employees worked 3 months without salary. When we asked for the increment they will say you didn't do anything to the company and they will terminate the people.
So many employees are faced this kind of problems.
