Refusal to pay salary

I am Siddharth Mitra. I started working as Relationship Manager with BMA from 15th Nov'11. I left them on 6th Dec'11 owing to the unnecessary use of pressure tactics by the Branch Manager. The Offer letter was salary based, however he made it out to be target based which was more of a whim rather than a company protocol. He has kept my cheque on hold.

I am not sure how you could help me but it would be very helpful if you can get me my salary cheque.
