Delay in PF withdrawl

Dear sir,

My name is Mohit Narayan, my P.F. no is kn/19924/577, i have submitted my P.F. withdrawl form in the month of sep2007 at BPL office Rajendra Place New Delhi.

(presently taken over by Eveready Industries). Since that time it has been over to 3.5 yrs neither i recd any PF money in my account, nor any status from company or PF office.

please tell me what should i do.
