PF Withdrawl Request not Processed

Dear Sir,

I am Sachin Zutshi from Delhi. I joined Browndove Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. on Oct and resigned on Oct.2009 as this company forced me to sign a NDA Agreement which was preregistered by them from Bangalore.

Since then they started created lot of problems for me. After a lot of followup they did my full and final settlement.

I gave them PF form duly filled by me one and half month back to withdraw the whole amount and today they asked me to give a cancelled cheque signed by me to process my PF withdrawl request Form.

My PF No. is KN/BN/34075/226.
