RESPECTED SIR,

This is to inform you that I SAHIL KARMAKAR an ex-employee of one of the clients of BVI HR PRACTICE PVT. LTD having P.F. NO.- DL/28683/6579, i joined my duties on 04/09 and worked till 05/03. I have not received my p.f amount till date inspite of submitting the PF FORM 2-3 times to the department.

I request you to please take an immediate step regarding this matter.
