Have not received my PF

Dear Sir,

My PF number is 11694. I worked for CGSL (chennai) from May Nov. I requested for my PF in Jan but my company came back in April requesting for my marriage certificates. I submitted this in April. I then checked with my company in Nov who claimed that they have submitted my PF only on 08/06/09 and it would take 8 months from there. Since then I have been calling the PF numbers at Mumbai but I am unable to get connected. I sent an email as well. My company also states that they cant help me and I have to deal independently. Please can I have an update on this as I am helpless in this situation.
