Late Delivery

Dear Sir,

I am Niraj Vyas – Rajkot, I faced problem with Blue Dart Rajkot office in Navagam, my consignment was dispatched from my Delhi office on17.01.2012 up to 20.01.2012 was not delivered, The delivery guy without visiting the site put a comment that no body was available at home and closed the status in blue dart portal, after continuous follow up from our Delhi office courier was delivered on 20.01.2012 at 8.00 pm, I have not received any phone call from Rajkot office
