i was make fool and cheated by them and take a lesson. My request to u all is, that pls don't rely on these fraud online shopping companies and also inform to ur friends and relatives about these and save their money. Specially carefull with india today book club biggest cheater.

ok, i m also not interested in 1500/-, i put this option only for ignoring legal actions. Now, pls. assure me how i rely on u and ur company. If i send mobile to u and ur company or ur staff deny that they have not received parcel, than what i do? I lost my hard money and also my mobile set.
I m not caring ur company term and conditions which only makes for cheating customers and to increase ur company bank accounts deposits. When u send me mobile, u first take money from me than u send the mobile and i trust on u, but ur company persons break my trust, so, now u first send me draft and collect the mobile and close the chapter.
or
Pls. discuss from ur bosses and collect the mobile from ur own arrangement and deliver the draft of RS.10098/- at the time of collecting product.
I m waiting for ur reply for 07 coming days. If ur answer is "no" or if u will not reply than my advice to ur company and u that ready to face consumer court and i will claim their not only mobile cost RS.10098/- but also take prize money assured by ur sale person Rs.01lac (minimum) alongwith mental harassment and suit cost whatever my legal consultant calculate.
Now it in urs hand that u care for ur customers emotions and money or for ur company misguiding and cheating policies with poor customers by making fool.

4. From which courier, i will send to u?

Pls tell me is it genuine.
I again inform u that i m already qualify for this prize when ur sale person inform me and emotionaly force me to purchase samsung mobile. All detail i m giving below again for ur reference:

When i got my delivery on 16th dec 09, i was surprised to note that their is not any gift with my mobile set and u mention to go site of bookclub to claim it.
Ok, i do that and when i go in this site, u r giving offer of 02 days of holiday in hotel and for which u again demanding Rs800/- for service.
On phone u have also not confirm me that u will adding Rs.499/- for courier.
And also note this samsung mobile is easily available in market in Rs.8900/- than why i go to purchase with u...
I have tried many time to ur tall free no. but always it was hold for more than 15 minutes.
Demand:-
1.My reward of Rs. 08 lac / 04 lac / or 01 lac as ur sale person confirm me (as per him it is 110% confirm u may listen recording of that day)
2.my free gift watch
3.my jwelley coupan
4.and inform we what is the detail of Rs 10098/- u charged from me.
As i m not a rich person belonging to middle class and u taken my hard work money by misguiding me. Pls look into the matter immediately and hope that u will not give me chance to go for further action and also not good for ur company reputation. This is my request. pls do justice with me.
