About clarification

Sir,

I have a letter from C.G.I Enterprises on 27/1. i am applied for the post of clerk on nov - 2009.they responded to my application. but the problem is they send a letter to me for take bank draft in favour of G.C.I Enterprises Rs.2250. actually the Government Undertaking enterprises not required any bank draft. if it is possible why they are not call me for interview.so please give me details of recruitment process and Company Details. is it relaible company or not.my moblil no is :9392405776
