The company named as CHANGEPOND Technology Ltd located in Siruseri IT PARK in Chennai, where I worked hard for nearly 5 Years. With me another 3-4 more consultants worked with us. Then, after completion of Notice period also management asked as to work for additional 15 more days. But at the end we didn't receive the FINAL SETTLEMENT from that company. After many many times of mails, reminders also they are not ready to give the amount. Like this they are doing for all the Employee's who are all leaving from organization. So this is another way company is earning money. Be aware about company and please don't join anybody in this company.
